WET WEATHER POLICY
Wed Apr 6 2011The Wet Weather Policy as per the CMC Rules, which was advised to all clubs in Memo 28-11 is be adhered to and forteits will be enforced if clubs choose to not play on the scheduled dates.
THIS WET WEATHER POLICY IS NOT NEGOTIABLE
Clubs are not permitted to reschedule the designated wet weather day due to lack of Players or the grounds are being used for Training or they did not know it was on. If the Venue is NOT available due to competition matches already scheduled on that date then Gold Coast Soccer will advise the Venue, Date and Time of the rescheduled match/es.

If Games Are Rained Out The Wet Weather Policy Is (as per our CMC Rules):
Friday (under 14 to Colts) night competition fixtures are rescheduled for the following Wednesday night. EG; Friday 18th March to Wednesday 23rd March
Saturday (under 12 & under 13)morning competition fixtures are rescheduled to the following Sunday week .EG: Saturday 19th March to Sunday 27th March.
Saturday Senior Men (Premier League including Match of the Round) are scheduled to the following Tuesday night (Reserves and Premier) and Wednesday night (Youth). EG: Saturday 19th March to Tuesday 22nd March. and Wednesday 23rd March
Saturday Senior Men (First Division) are scheduled to the following Tuesday night. EG: Saturday 19th March to Tuesday 22nd March.
Sunday (4th Division) Senior Men (excluding Match of the Round) games are scheduled for the following Thursday night. EG: Sunday 20th March to Thursday 24th March
Monday night U15 Girls, U17 Girls and Senior Women are rescheduled to the following Thursday night. EG: Monday 21st March to Thursday 24th March
Wednesday (2nd & 3rd Division Senior Men) night games are scheduled for the following Sunday. EG: Wednesday 23rd March to Sunday 27th March.
Small Sided Football (SSF) is not replayed, however if the clubs wish to do so they must lodge a match sanction form signed by both clubs with Gold Coast Soccer for scheduling.
If the venue is not suitable/available Gold Coast Soccer will advise the venue, date and time of the rescheduled match/es.
If due to further wet conditions the rescheduled matches are cancelled then all games will be rescheduled by Gold Coast Soccer Inc. to complete the competition draw within two (2) weeks of the rescheduled date.
A match sanction form is required for any rescheduled wet weather match that cannot be played on the allotted night.
