The South Coast under 12 schoolboy team recently competed in the Queensland Championships held in Bundaberg.

After 11 matches during the week of competition the South Coast team were crowned undefeated champions of Queensland ….a fantastic effort against the very strong Brisbane and regional sides.

South Coast have been co-winners of this competition for the past 2 years but this year is the first time in 10 years that they have won the championship on their own.

Gold Coast players in the South Coast team were :
Ryan Baldwin, Reuben Douglas, Michael Haydock, Luke Hilan, Marko Lukac, Tasar Malone, Jordan McPherson, Alistair Powell, Morgan Saunders and  Mark Willett.

The team was superbly coached by Damien Butler and Steve Rowell.
