NEXT STEP PROGRAM

To be as accurate as possible three neutral Coaches  (all highly regarded Development Coaches who have worked at regional and State level ) watched all the games, made up a preliminary list - then asked the Zonal Coaches for their input regarding their own teams as well as the other Zones. These lists were collatted and cross checked. Out of all the indivivduals selected only 6 names came up that  were not mentioned  in two or more of the Coaches list.
