Field Renovation and Maintenance.

Gold Coast City Council have sent a memo to all clubs in regard to Field Renovation and Maintenance as per section 8.1 of right of Use Agreements.

8.1  To ensure that the fields and facilities remain in good playing condition to accommodate the growth in use, Council has implemented an annual renovation and maintenance program for sports fields and facilities throughout the City.

Due to the Completion of our season  you are now required to remove the Goal posts from your playing fields.

If the posts are not removed during this period, the goal mouth areas will continue to be used and make it difficult to maintain in good condition for next season.

Please note all posts have been sleeved for your convenience . It is also a requirement that the posts are stored and locked away in a safe location .

Could you  please arrange removal of your posts by SATURDAY 31st OCTOBER 2009

Failure to adher to this request may result in inconvenient field closures in 2010
