Photo ID Cards

Fri Mar 19 2010

Due to the amount of clubs bringing their ID cards into the office to be validated just before the end of the day we have decided to give some leniency before we impose the CMC rules. We thank all the clubs that have worked long hours to make sure that their cards were validated in time.

All Senior Men and Women’s teams must have their ID cards validated by Friday March 26th. After this date all clubs are expected to have their Photo ID cards available to be viewed by the opposition before the commencement of the Game. If you are unable to produce a validated photo ID card when asked that player will not be allowed to take the field and play.

If the club plays that player  they  will forfeit the game and be fined as per the CMC rules

The opposition team must write on the team sheet prior to the game commencing that an ID card was not produced naming the player or players.  The club who has made the complaint must send a letter into the office on club letterhead advising of their protest as soon as possible and within 72 hours.

Player registrations and payment still have to be in to the office by Wednesday if you wish the player to play on Saturday or Sunday and Friday if you wish the player to play Monday.   No Exceptions.

With Junior Registrations due in this Wednesday Clubs should make an appointment to avoid a long wait in the office.  Photo ID for competition aged juniors will not be validated until after the grading competition but registration forms with payment must be in by Wednesday 24th March to enable that player to participate on Friday and Saturday .

The staff can only look after one club at a time and we have extended our office hours to assist. Please be patient as we process all our members
